To build an AVS, the minimum set of functionality to be defined in the AVS contracts is:

• Registering AVS metadata
• Managing Operator Sets
  • Creating and modifying Strategy composition
• Managing registered Operators
  • Responding to Operator registrations
  • Deregistering Operators
• Distributing Rewards
